1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a full refund.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact our customer service team at support@servicedukn.com. We will provide you with return shipping instructions and a return authorization number.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
